Argeles is located close to the Spanish border, just south of Perpignan. The house is a 15 mins walk to the beach and the town centre is also 15 mins on foot.
The house is located on a quite residence and comes with a communal swimming pool and private parking. The house has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen/diner, lounge, a patio and front garden. There is air conditioning (for heating and cooling)
Available for long term rentals between October to May from €650 per month + bills.

The house is located on a small private estate in a quiet residential area of Argeles-sur-Mer. The house is 45m2 and is laid out over 2 floors.
Ground floor
You enter through the front garden into the kitchen-diner.
- The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, 4 ring hob and microwave. There is a breakfast bar with storage underneath for plates, glasses and cooking utensils. Please note, there is not an oven
- The dining area has a table which can seat 4 people and a wall mounted TV.
- Bedroom 1 comes with a double bed, bedside cabinets and a single loft bed above. A set of French windows lead out onto the patio at the back of the house.
- There is a bathroom with a shower cubicle and wash basin. The washing machine is also located in the bathroom.
- There is a separate WC.
First floor
- There is a lounge with a corner sofa, coffee table and a Futon-style sofa bed (which folds out to form a double bed).
- Bedroom 2 has a double bed, with a single loft bed above. There is a large wardrobe.
Outside
- The front garden has a small table and chairs where you can sit and enjoy a morning coffee.
- The patio at the back of the house comes with a table & chairs and a parasol. There is a gas BBQ and also a shed for storage.
- The communal swimming pool is open from May to early October

This beach house in Argeles-sur-Mer is an excellent budget option for a couple or single person seeking some winter sun in the South of France. The house is handy for both the beach and all the facilities of Argeles-sur-Mer, including a train station, supermarkets, restaurants, shops and a weekly market.

This house for long term rent in France is located close to the beach in Argeles sur Mer. Argeles has some of the best beaches in the South of France, with 7 kms of coastline and 3 kms of small coves. The resort that has been granted the blue flag award for its beaches and harbour. It has two nature reserves: Mas Larrieu nature reserve by the sea and La Massane forest in the heart of the Albères.
Argelès-sur-Mer itself is a typical coastal town, with a warren of narrow streets, colourful buildings and a lovely 14th century Church. The town is just 20 kilometres from Perpignan. There is a local train station with services to Perpignan and down the coast to the picturesque towns of Collioure and Port Vendres. At the back of the town, there are a number of paths which take you up into the mountains.
Other transport
There is a local train station in Argeles-sur-Mer (quite near the house) which provides local trains to Collioure and up to Perpignan. From Perpignan you can access the mainline TGV trains to Paris, Barcelona, Montpellier, Toulouse, etc.
You can catch a bus from Argeles-sur-Mer for one euro which will take you straight into Perpignan and the surrounding villages.

Driving directions
Argeles-sur-Mer is located 20 mins South of Perpignan and just 15 mins to the Spanish border. The town is located just off the D914 road, which provides quick access to Perpignan and the coastal towns along the Mediterranean coast.
One month deposit to be paid at time of reservation (this will become the security deposit for your stay). Rent to be paid in advance on the first day of the month (for rentals of 3 months or less, the rent is to be paid in full prior to arrival). The utility bills are to be paid in addition to the monthly rent. There is a monthly provision of €175 towards the utility bills. References may be required. Minimum stay is normally 3 months.
