Dating from 1867, Belle Vue Barn has been carefully converted into a comfortable and characterful country home. The accommodation includes spacious living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, dedicated workspace and reliable fibre-optic internet for remote working and streaming.
There are four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, with flexible sleeping arrangements for families and larger groups:

Long term rentals Central Eastern France - prices
Belle Vue Barn is available for long term rentals of up to 12 months. In addition to the rent, there is a monthly provision of €350 towards the heating, electricity, water, Wi-Fi and local taxes. Pets may be accepted through prior agreement of the Owner. The exact rental rate will depend upon the length of stay, number of bedrooms required and facilities included within the rental package.

Belle Vue Barn offers a rather special combination: the space and tranquillity of country living, excellent facilities for working from home and easy access to Burgundy, Lyon and Geneva. It could be particularly attractive to professionals with connections to Geneva or Switzerland who don't need to commute every day.
Geneva is approximately 1 hour 50 minutes by car, providing an interesting alternative to the high cost of accommodation in and around Switzerland, while enjoying considerably more space and a relaxed French lifestyle.
Lyon is also within easy reach – approximately 1 hour 35–40 minutes by car – providing excellent restaurants, shopping, culture, TGV connections and international flights.

Belle Vue Barn is located in the small village of La Chapelle-Thècle located in the Saône-et-Loire department in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region of Central-Eastern France. The larger towns of Bourg-en-Bresse and Maçon are both around 40km from Belle Vue Barn.
Food, wine & Burgundy
This is a wonderful area for anyone who enjoys French food and wine.
Organic Bresse chicken and farm-fresh eggs are available just a couple of minutes from the house, while the surrounding area is known for excellent beef, cheeses, markets and local produce.
Wine lovers will find vineyards and producers within approximately 20–30 minutes, while the wider Burgundy wine region provides endless possibilities for days out, tastings and gastronomic weekends.
Lyon, Geneva & Switzerland
Lyon is around 1 hour 35–40 minutes away and is easily close enough for a day out, business meeting or weekend in the city.
Geneva is approximately 1 hour 50 minutes away, making Belle Vue Barn particularly interesting for guests with professional, family or other connections to Switzerland.
The property's position also provides a good base for exploring the Jura, French Alps and Switzerland, with a choice of French and Swiss ski areas accessible for winter days out and weekends.
