Villa Linda is arranged over two floors, with the main living accommodation upstairs and additional bedrooms and a second lounge on the ground floor.
First floor
- Spacious main living room with comfortable sofas, TV and fireplace.

The villa is available for long term stays of 3-6 months over the winter period. In addition to the rent, there is a monthly provision of €300 per month towards the utility bills (electricity, heating, water, Wi-Fi and local taxes). Pets are accepted by agreement of the Owner. Minimum stay is 3 months.

The villa is a great place for customers travelling with pets. Margon is close enough to Pézenas to make everyday life straightforward. With the 3 bedrooms, good internet, central heating and Air Conditioning, as well as the spacious garden and private parking, this is a very practical property to stay for several months. The terrace areas are perfect for enjoying the milder days in the Languedoc region outside of the summer months.
Whilst pets are welcomed at Villa Linda, it should be noted that the garden is enclosed with fencing on 3 sides, with a hedge on the 4th side.

Villa Linda is situated in the centre of the charming wine-producing village of Margon. The village is surrounded and in the heart of the village is the impressive Château de Margon, a Renaissance château with beautiful formal gardens. Margon has a peaceful, traditional atmosphere, with narrow streets and historic stone houses. The neighbouring village of Roujan, just a few minutes away, has a large supermarket, bakeries, shops, cafés and restaurants, making it convenient for everyday shopping.
The historic town of Pézenas is around 10–15 minutes away by car. Famous for its association with the French playwright, Molière, Pézenas has a beautifully preserved old town filled with independent shops, antique dealers, art galleries, cafés and restaurants. It's lively Saturday market is one of the highlights of the area. The nearby countryside is dotted with vineyards, attractive villages and local wine estates, including those producing the well-known Faugères wines.
The Mediterranean beaches at Vias, Portiragnes and Cap d'Agde are 25-30 minutes away. Inland, the spectacular Lac du Salagou, the Cirque de Mourèze and the foothills of the Haut-Languedoc offer excellent opportunities for walking, cycling and exploring. The larger towns of Béziers and Montpellier are also within easy reach, making Villa Linda a convenient base for discovering the wider Languedoc region.
Other transport
A local bus service connects Margon with Roujan, Gabian and Béziers, although a car is recommended for everyday travel. The nearest local railway station is at Magalas, while Béziers railway station offers regional and TGV connections to Montpellier, Narbonne, Toulouse and Paris.

Béziers airport – approximately 35–40 minutes by car.

Carcassonne airport – approximately 1 hour 15 minutes.

Driving directions
From the A75 motorway, take the Pézenas exit and follow signs towards Roujan on the D13. Continue through Roujan towards Margon, which is a few minutes further along the road.
One month deposit to be paid at time of reservation. Rent to be paid in advance (or on the first day of each month for rentals of 3 months or more). In addition to the the rent, there is a monthly provision of €225 towards the electricity, water and Wi-Fi. Minimum stay is normally 3 months. There is a €150 end of stay deep clean fee for customers renting with pets.
