Last visited October 2026. This house for long term rental in Pezenas is a great price considering it comes with a decent sized garden, private parking, fibre internet and a communal swimming pool. On top of that, the house is just a short walk to the historic town centre of Pezenas, one of the prettiest tozns in the South of France. This house is ideal for a single person or couple. The Mediterranean beaches are just 25 mins away and the local road network makes it easy to visit Bezeiers, Montpellier, Carcassonne, Nimes and Narbonne.

Pezenas is an historic town with a population of about 8,000 people. It is located in the heart of the Languedoc region of the South of France, a vast wine making area. The Saturday market is nothing short of fabulous and a must for anyone who loves Mediterranean food.
Pezenas´s historical centre, has many attractions. Here you find dozens of artisan craftsmen and tiny shops, restaurants, bars, a cinema, a theatre, festivals all along year and more than 40 antique shops . . . etc. There is a newly refurbished open air swimming pool in Pezenas
The Mediterranean sea is just 20 mins drive away and other local attractions include Abbaye de Valmagne, Etang de Thau (large salt water lake) with oysters production, Canal du Midi, Beach resorts (Vias, Cap d`Agde), the cities of Montpellier & Beziers and the Haut Languedoc Regional Park.
