The market takes place throughout the year and is regarded as one of the best-known markets in this part of the Dordogne. For a relatively small village, Issigeac has a good selection of shops, cafés and restaurants, making it an attractive base when staying in the Dordogne for several months.
The popular bastide town of Eymet is approximately 21 km away. Built around an arcaded central square, Eymet is a lively small town with shops, cafés, restaurants and a traditional Thursday morning market. The town has also attracted a sizeable international community, including British residents, over many years.
Monbazillac and its famous vineyards are also within easy reach. St Emilion is just over 1 hour away by car.

The property is situated in the countryside close to Issigeac, in the south of Dordogne.

One month's rent to be paid at time of reservation. For rentals of 3 months or less, the rent is to be paid prior to arrival.
